Disclosures of Conflict of Interest
A Member who has reasonable grounds to believe that they have a conflict of interest in a matter
before the Legislative Assembly or one of its committees, or the board of a government agency on which the
Member serves, must, if present at a meeting considering the matter, disclose the conflict.
The clerk or secretary of the meeting must make a record of the disclosure and file it with the Ethics Commissioner.
Those records can be viewed here.
