All Members of the Manitoba Legislative Assembly must make an annual disclosure of their assets, liabilities and sources of income.
They must also disclose certain gifts and provide information about private, non-commercial air travel. These disclosures can be searched on this page.
When a conflict of interest arises during certain meetings, Members must disclose that conflict of interest and that is recorded by the clerk or secretary of the meeting.
These statements are filed with the Ethics Commissioner and can be searched under Public Disclosure.
Paper copies may also be viewed during
business hours at the Office of the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, located in Room 237 of the Legislative Building, 450 Broadway, Winnipeg.
Before the October 3, 2023 provincial election, Members of the Manitoba Legislative Assembly filed their disclosures of assets and interests
(as required by the previous legislation, The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Conflict of Interest Act) in the Office of the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly.
Those disclosure statements can still be viewed during business hours at that Office.
